I have not submitted a form as the accounts email was changed but I have already spoken to 3 agents, and the Microsoft support team, an agent said it could take 10-12 days to recover my account plus another 3-4 days to get a response. Microsoft themselves told me to wait 5 days and I have for a response, I have submitted all necessary information to them and they have escalated my case but nothing yet

Hey, I’ve had a similar problem with my Xbox. When I tried logging in one day an unknown email was present on the account that I’ve used for years. I’ve submitted an account recovery form to try and get this unknown email off of my account, but I haven’t gotten a response from the Microsoft team in 5 days.
