My Account Was Hacked, And I Haven't Been Able To Recover

About a year ago, my Xbox account was hacked. I was unable to respond to the alert emails because I was out of the country. By the time I returned, it was too late and they had already changed the email associated with my Xbox account to a random Russian email account.

I lost everything. All my game progress, my friends, my digital download licenses, etc. I have since made a new account and upgraded consoles but still haven't been able to transfer all of my old games over.

This has been huge stress in my life that I would love to be able to resolve. I have submitted dozens of account recovery forms, and they are all automatically overruled due to "not enough information". If I could get a human that works at Microsoft, and that knows what they're talking about, on the phone then I think I could resolve this but I have yet to be able to do so. Does anyone have any advice? Has this happened to anyone? How did you recover your account?

So what steps do you suggest I take?

I just checked again and there is now another email associated with the account that ends in 21cn.com which is a Chinese company.

Not sure what this means or what I can do.

They must have added that email to the account and deleted my original email because whenever I attempt to sign into my old account with my original email, I get the notice that an account with that email does not exist.

Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, I have already tried most of the steps on that hacked account page with no success.

I know it was changed to a Russian email because I recall that, during my initial efforts to recover my account, Microsoft asked me where I wanted to receive a code and one of the email options was this: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

I called Microsoft multiple times and even sent in a picture of my ID but heard nothing back. If they would cross reference my identity with the history of my Xbox account, the information would align and confirm my original ownership of the account.

Well I tried the email that I originally created the account with and I was told that the account does not exist so I am not sure what you're saying I should do. I tried everything in the link you sent as well and go no where.
