My account was hacked and i cant do anything to get it back and microsofts acsr is doing...

if i click on the link for the account recovery and put in my microsoft email for the account i want to recover it says theres no issues detected for it, when there clearly is considering there have been multiple login attempts since the 23rd of march and that im currently not in it and some random email that begins with "lu***@gmail.com is, especially since those login attempts have taken place in the US and the current account holder probably is in the US aswell. I live in austria. I dont see how you can help someone that little when it clearly is my account, this is the same device i have been using for years with microsoft on it and im still in the same location, i think its very embarassing for a company of your magnitude to not be able to help in any way.

Is there a way i can delete an account that was hacked that i no longer have control of and cant get back because no matter how many people i call to help and recovery forms i fill i get the same results im tired and no longer want anything to do with Microsoft stuff anymore
