My microsoft account was hacked. Im not sure what to do Ive tried everything but the hacker changed the email, the phone number, and even went so far as too adding 2fa. As soon as i found out I was hacked I was able to find the new email the account was under and to confirm it was my account it had my full name, state, and zip code and I have a minecraft account associated with it. If anyone can help it would make my day. I'm extremely worried in losing this account, I know two of the past passwords and past phone numbers and emails. Im scared i wont get the account back please help.

I don’t have the answer but I am experiencing something similar, my account was hacked and the mobile number now saved is not mine and they have changed my email, I have a message to say the update request will be active from 23/01 but they have locked my account and I cannot sign in, I have submitted loads of forms but noone gets back to me. I can’t even do the online chat or request a call as it requires me to sign in
