My account was hacked a while ago and finally found strength to pursue it's recovery

Yeah I just tried it again but that was exactly what made me quit trying recovering it the first time, the support number is just a bot that tells you at the end to type a link for support, and then none of the calling features are available, only virtual chatbots that are very limited and redirect towards FAQ answers that already haven't help. My only solution is to contact a microsoft official but I haven't yet found a way to do so since everything about microsoft support seems centered around bots and questions already answered and not specific situations like mine.

Thank you for your swift response, the problem is I had found the email adress when I tried recovering it for the first time, but my ticket never succeded and now i can only see ko***** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** in the response email, the rest is censored and since the ticket is closed I haven't found a way to access it again yet. I also have a few order numbers and payment info but can't find any way implemented by microsoft to link it to the account or any of it's info. Of course old emails links redirect towards my new account or login since the credentials and email adress have been changed so I feel kinda stuck with just enough to hold out hope of succeding, and just not enough to make significant step towards the recovery ...

I understand, in this case the only thing left to try is to communicate with support and present them the information you have found, you can do it by chat or call through the contact page that you can find using any browser.

If the hacker changed the data you originally had as your primary email, it will be very difficult for you to get your account back.

If you somehow find the new email address associated with your account, fill out the recovery form with that information.
