My account was hacked a few months ago, yet i'm somehow still logged into microsoft store...

(the hacked account) is still logged in here. What do i even do? Do i log out? Seek help?

update : i cant log out. or, well, i sort-of can. now i can't log into my new account, though, so that's fun. it just keeps asking me to put 's password...which i cannot, given it was hacked...but it also won't let me put my new account. i'm seriously stressing out.

I have exact the same problem. My Email was hacked a few days ago and i think somehow the hack also hacked my Microsoft which has the Email and changed the Email from my Minecraft account to another one.

I had two accounts. One fore each of my children and when I tried to migrate a few months ago they somehow migrated both to the same account and one was lost. My old accounts were one Gmail and one Hotmail. Soon after someone "separated" them but my purchase was lost and I have receipts still for both accounts. They just keep telling me I'm logging in correctly. I have been passed between Minecraft and Microsoft like a hot potato and it's getting disgusting. Has anyone been able to actually talk to someone?

i found the account that hacked me, using xbox, problem is that i still can't use my main account to log into minecraft and i need to somehow change it from this hackers account to my account.

I called Microsoft Global Customer Service number for Serbia and I can't get to talk to a real person. I accidentally found the full mail address of the person who hacked me because I'm still logged in Microsoft Store with that account. It also still has my full name on it. What should I do?
