My account was hack or scammed I don’t know what happened

just follow the instructions and choose the appropriate answers and you should have your account back soon.

if you have a credit/debit card linked to your account, contact your bank and cancel the card to prevent the scammer making fraudulent purchases. give the bank all the details in case purchases have already been made on your card.

I followed the steps and it ketp telling me to go to that site and the link dose not help

Thanks for the reply. If the person changed all your information, email, password and that. You will need to request a call from support to have them assist you. Also, let them know that you are unable to complete the account recovery form due to primary
email has been changed.

When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

You should be able to recovery your Microsoft Account by following these
steps:

Before you begin

You will need a working email account that you can access so we can send you information about your request. You can use any active email account, even one belonging to a friend or relative. Or, if you don’t have another email account that you can access,
you can create a temporary outlook.com account for free by selecting Create one at the

Microsoft account sign-in page.

Fill out the recovery form

1. Go to account.live.com/acsr and provide the email address, phone number, or username for the account you are trying to recover.
2. Provide an email address (other than the one you are trying to recover) that we can use to contact you about your request.
3. Enter the characters you see on the screen to prove you're not a robot, then select
   Next.
4. A screen will pop up asking you to verify the contact email address. Check that email for a message from us with the security code, enter that code, then select
   Verify.

   Microsoft account security info & security codes.
   
5. Fill in as much info as you can, even if you're not sure. See Tips for filling out the recovery form below.
   
6. Select Submit when you're finished, and we'll respond within 24 hours.

As the other guy said this account.live.com/acsr should work if everything is correct otherwise if you
can get support on the phone you should be able to get further assistance.
