my account was deleted out of nowhere

Usually, this means the account wasn't deleted, but it's email address was changed. In this case, your account may have been hacked. Did you receive any emails recently about your account information being changed?

Unfortunately stopping the update process like that (even though you didnt have a choice) can result in completely losing the game and having to redownload it again. It seems that was the case here.

I have tried to find it but its a bit hard. So far i have only reached automated support

I think it's a too specific problem.

I think the people at Microsoft (or your team?) needs to go get the data from his old account (the one that got deleted out of nowhere after the computer reset) and just replace it with the data on the new one. (the one I created for him with the same email in an attempt to get his stuff back)

maybe this isn't a problem for Xbox specifically but for Microsoft in general.

he did or well i did for him when he signs in using the Microsoft account with the email from before it was deleted it said it didn't exist so I tried creating a new Microsoft account using the same email end then every thing was gone it med him create a new xbox profile
