I'm sorry you're having this issue and I'll do my best to help, as I understand your concerns about the privacy of your account and how annoying not being able to access it can be. Situations where our email account with personal information, contacts, messages and even our documents are really involved are a little more delicate. However, each account must have a single owner.

Another important point is that the user is responsible for keeping active security information on the account, as well as phone number, alternative email, authenticator application and security key. Moments like this are the options that need to be accessed to confirm identity and account ownership.

When trying to use the password reset option, there is no option left, as well as an alternative phone number or email that you have access to to reset the password?
