My Account Was Deleted and I Can't log in?

Spam and everything is fine, didnt end up there. It was also over a week ago that the request was put in and have been on the phone with xbox on a weekend prior to today. If you cannont help simply do no comment lol

Unfortunately the only solution is through the recovery form, if they told you that an email would arrive during that time you should be aware of the main and spam trays as it may arrive there. Remember that it is a weekend, therefore, on Saturdays and Sundays, Support does not usually work.

Keep in mind that this is a public forum of the Microsoft community, where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems. This means that I am not a Microsoft employee. Having said this, I cannot help you with this problem since I am not authorized, therefore my recommendation is to wait for the email they will send you and if it does not arrive, contact Support again on Monday.

The only way to delete an account is by recovering access through the recovery form. This is only a public forum of the Microsoft community, where we are players like you who help other players with basic problems. This means that we are not Microsoft employees.

Having said that, as I mentioned before the only way is to regain access to your account, there is no way to delete it without having access since Support is not authorized to do this type of thing as well. Therefore, I would recommend you fill out the form again by accessing the following link:

In case you cannot fill out the recovery form then there is nothing to do, in which case if you want to obtain more information about it, you can contact Support directly (Keeping in mind that they may not be able to help you, but they can give you some important information).

Me and my son can't log on either. My son deleted his account and now cant get it back.
