My account was blocked permanently without much reason

A few weeks ago, my main Microsoft account was hacked. I changed the password in order to gain access back, but one main problem was that the hackers had set up a 2FA on my account with one of their emails. This made it so I was unable to edit any of the personal info, which left the risk of the hacker password changing the password again, and once again having access. In order to get help with this, I contacted support hoping to get the 2FA removed.

I was then informed by the support employee that it would require an escalation, so they set that up, and left it with scheduling a follow-up session in 24-72 hours. I later got an email stating that the account had been blocked for the foreseeable future due to security information changes. This makes no sense since that was the whole point of me requesting help in the first place, and why wouldn't the first person from the support have told me there was nothing they could do? Also, its very upsetting that if Microsoft decides they can't help you, then they block the account, which helps literally nobody.

I have sent multiple of the forms to request unblocking the account over the last week, and have heard no response yet, so I am unsure what to think of that. I have also contacted support, but they are saying that the request form is the only way they can do anything about this. I really hope I can get this account back because the linked Minecraft account represents 2 years of my life and over $300 spent.
