    My account was banned for no reason at all


    My main Xbox account was banned 4/28/25 for no reason it won’t give me a description why or anything it just says indefinite I’ve spent thousands of dollars on this account never violated any rules or anything my account had 0 strikes my gamer score was legit my gt was safe I used this account for everything my work was on this account I make content for nba 2k25 they denied my appeal I just need answers on why I got banned could someone please reach out to me my main email is *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** hope to hear from u soon

    The enforcement team are the only ones who handle suspensions and they do not use the forums. The enforcement site would be the only place to get that information.

    The enforcement team no longer use the forums.

    All you can do is go to the enforcement site
    https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-GB     & file for a case review.

    Posting personal info,like your phone number is not allowed on the forums.

    In future,if you need halp with an issue you should start your own thread.
