My account was banned for modding my avatar color. I cant review the case, and I wan't my ...

So I received an email notifying me that my "Taze Blackout" account would be permanently banned due to account avatar tampering. I understand that what I did was wrong, but my claim is that is it a valid reason if the action took place around 3 years ago
on an Xbox 360? Not only did I not receive any prior notification that my account would be banned, but also the fact that I could not get into contact with anyone useful for the life of me. In addition to this, the option for me to at least be able to receive
my console bought games or have them transferred to my newly created account available.

My main points:

• The Avatar modification took place around 3 years ago on the Xbox 360, and should've been banned BEFORE I spent my money on an Xbox one with console bought games.
  
• My games should at least be transferable to my new account
• I've been a long standing Microsoft customer with no prior issues. This is my first ban or code of conduct "disruption"
  
• I spent my hard earned money on the games purchased on this account, and would at least like to be able to access them. In regards to this, the previous system would just allow me to put in a disk.
  
• A lack of knowledgeable customer support team. They had me dancing around the enforcement website just for me to realize (On my own) that the reason a majority of the links took me back to the home enforcement page was a result OF the ban. They also provided
  me with repetitive options that were of no use or previously attempted.

Can somebody with the enforcement team please at least respond regarding my case

i dont find this fare

i was banned... for what? modding my avatar to be pitch black and have white hair....... and guess what.... 240$ of content GONE. i dont find this fare at all, that was hard earned money and its not fare that a computer programmer cant change the hex color
of his avatar. i would like to get my money back or even just my dlc..... but the jerks on the banned form said to bad serves u good.... i hate guys who mod 10th and stuff! its a Damn avatar color!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wth!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want redemption or i will
have to go and say something, cuz i NEVER signed any agreement myself. it was my little brothers account that i was given and never signed the new agreement so im very serious about this! top 20 on guitar hero leaderboards is gone! because of the color of
his avatar! not fare at all. WHAT CAN I DO!?!?!

My account was banned from my xbox one and i know i didn't do anything to deserve it and since im on xbox i cant submit a case review any help?

Nope it is not review able for 2 reasons when you get caught you get caught.and not before

Also nothing is transferable between accounts and you would've taker it up on the enforcement.xbox.com

There is no option except for the enforcement site

Account modification is a serious violation of the terms of use

The enforcement team do not read these forums.

It doesn't matter when you modded your avatar,there is no time limits on when you could be banned.

You could of modded it 8 years ago,you still would get banned.

Chances are you have only just been reported,investigated & banned.

As per the ToU/CoC that you agreed to you forfeit all digital content,remaining gold etc. when your account is banned so you will not get any of those things back.

Doesn't matter how long you've been a customer,modding of any type is not tolerated.

You did receive a warning,it was the code of conduct that you agreed to when you started your account.
