my account was banned and i want my black ops map packs back on my new account

I know it's almost a month late, but once an account is banned, you cannot access the content that was downloaded on it.

My problem is i bought revolution map pack for black ops 2 like 2 years ago. Last time i played it on my old xbl account was early 2013 like March. Now i no longer have the same xbox, nor the same xbl account either. I did download the DLC map on a hard
drive that i still have.

So new xbox and new xbl account. How do i download map pack with what i have. I do have access to my old account but when i finally signed back in, it was back to default status and none of my info is on there.

What do i do??

Both profiles are on my Xbox so is the map pack, but i cant seem to use it, when i sign into both accounts on xbox live, it kicks me off live and tells me that my banned account isnt allowed online (obviously) i just want the map pack back tbh missing the

yes, I upgraded to the family plan when I got the new one.... cool..... now if one of my kids wants to play my old cod black ops, will they be able to use the maps with there profile on the new xbox after I download the map packs again on the new?

Can anybody help. I just bought the Resurrection game pack for Call of Duty Black Ops. I down loaded it but I don't see it in my game. Where are the new maps. I look and says it pending but show in my account I've paid for it.
