My account was banned again

my account was banned today and this has been happening a lot I play with 4 people a day we’re always playing together and when me or my friends get a ban due to being tooo good at a game it really sucks especially when we’re just messing around having a
good time. Today I received a 2 week communication suspension we all get screwed because we can’t play together this isn’t right and the enforcement team and support team need to get there stuff together

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

didn’t know that thanku wont do it ever again. but see i’m not only account banned i have a console ban until jan 22 2022 my account ban ends jan 7 why is the console ban longer???

i want to refund but don't want to risk my account getting banned. The customer support said my account would be banned if i disputed. The charge doesn't even show on my Microsoft or Xbox account so why would My account be banned for something that isn't even on it. Honestly i will just try calling Microsoft support tomorrow again and see what will happen.
