Hello and good day, my problem is that my account was banned, by a player of gamertag "[Mod Removed]", that basically what happened is that during a game of Igualadas of Rainbow Six Siege, this player, was dedicated to bother me and a friend while we played,
took us away, even being teammates, even got to the point of killing us. And what happened was that in my anger, I insulted him, and they banned me, so please, I ask them to disband me, and they ban him, because he was the one who started with the wrong behavior,

When an account is baned permanently everything is forfeit There is no refunds for bans

Live life and play fair

You can however make a new account unless your console has been baned

For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on the other player via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

this is my main account. And account ahat baned is my tvink where i buy batlefield 4 and just cause 3. In the next day of i buy my tvink is got banned!?
