    My account suspension duration is over and I’m still suspended


    how is my account sill suspenders when the duration of the suspension is over . It only said 2 weeks but it’s been longer I’m paying for an account to be on gold membership and cannot play. Then when I call they say there isn’t nothing they can do but file
    a Case review but you can only file one if your still under suspension. That’s the only way to contact the enforcement team. Xbox needs fix this or I’m switch consoles

    was suspended on 3/24/18 and it said my suspension was gonna be over on 4/7/18 7:32 a.m. it is currently 2:11pm 4/7/18 why can’t I play still it still says I’m suspended

    Suspension over but i’m still suspended?

    Update: Xbox games and party have been unsuspended but only after I removed and re added my Xbox account to the Xbox. The app won’t let me change my PFP still but at least I can game again. I’m not in a rush to change it but I would prefer for it to actually work since the account suspension has been lifted.

    I'm still baffled by this message remaining on my account.

    I have already attempted to contact support. Nothing has been done. Again. The issue is that the suspension is over, but the message still remains. I'm not suspended. He's not suspended, and again, he's not even attached to my account anymore. I can't log into the account that received the suspension, because it's not even my account.
