    Microsoft did not recognize change in email, can't log in to xbox live

    I have not been able to sign in to xbox live for months now. My original email that is attached to my xbox live account, changed a few years ago. Microsoft failed to recognize the change and there has been an update to xbox live, which signed me out. I
    do not know how to get on to an account that shouldn't exist anymore. My new email only changed by a character, but Microsoft didn't recognize the change and I can't access my account. What do I do to have my username for xbox live changed to my new email?
    (not really new, I have had it for a few years now)

    I need my rewards Points! Different gamer tag from my email

    I have a primary email that is not associated with my Xbox name. My primary email has all my reward points on it. But does not have my gamer tag on it.

    I need to get my pending reward point converted to microsoft cash and access my account

    We see that we are unable to deliver emails to the account you have on your Microsoft Account. Can you confirm not receiving an email in a while, and that this email address is accurate?

    Your account is verified and now you just need to reset your password (Verified Account Doesn't Exist)?

    The email I received after doing recovery was confirmed. It worked just fine; however, when it asks for my email so that I can reset the password it says it no longer exists. If I were to go and rest my password directly, It would recognize my email and asks for my password. I no not have access to my phone number or email no longer, so I had to recover the account.
