My account says it's ban i just created it yesterday I can't message or play with anyone hell

Like I don't know what I did though and this is just stupid and like cuz it doesn't show me any details of what I have done on Xbox though it just says doesn't sell any details just doesn't show anything which I thought I'm confused about which how the hell did I get banned for something I didn't because in my mind I feel like someone spam reported my account to just get it banned which is stupid I have I can't even look at the details of how I was banned but it doesn't show anything like that it's just stupid God I hate Xbox everything was a okay yesterday I was vibing chilling on in my game and boom ban what the hell can I have an email of what I did wrong though because this is just irritating me do I have to like make a new an account or something just to play and start over as new I guess well there goes all my stuff I work so hard though on this Xbox console just a thing is my account permanent suspended or ban?

What the hell happened. I was just jamming mw3 yesterday with no problem. Get up this morning, and now I am unable to get onto xbox live. When I test the connection, and then reset the modem for about the fifth time, it says "YOUR CONSOLE IS CONNECTED
TO THE INTERNET BUT CAN'T CONTACT XBOX LIVE". Says my router or ISP may be blocking access to xbox live? how the hell though??? I was just jamming on live yesterday. I got internet through the rest of the house. I'm on my computer right now writing on
this forum with no internet problem??? my phones got Internet with no problem?? What the hell gives??.....I live in Hilo, HAWAII, is their some kind of xbox live problem in hawaii??
