    My account says it was permanently suspended and they won’t tell me why pls help me.


    An i account that I’ve had since my first Xbox was recently permanently suspended and I don’t know why it said to visit my enforcement history and when I do it’s empty so please if anything knows anything let me know what going on.

    So, i have had no previous bans or suspensions before. But i messaged my friend a bad word and it says i have a permanent ban. Its not showing anything on the enforcment site

    Unless you really did something to deserve a permanent ban, you should get it back.

    I got an email saying I was permanently banned. Is this false? I've only had a temporary ban one time before so how long will my account be banned?

    Yeah the same thing happened to me I said on bad word and it says I got permanently banned I hope it’s just a glitch.
