try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

I’ve already deleted the account off and tried re adding my account but the issue is saying that ‘this user is already on this device so you can’t add it here’ and yet I just deleted the account.

Are you having issues logging in?

Have you tried:

Updating Xbox System Software
Ensure your Xbox has the latest system update. Go to Settings > System > Updates to check and install any pending updates.

Clearing Xbox Cache
Turn off your Xbox, unplug it from the power source, wait for 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on. This can clear temporary files and refresh the system.
Go to Settings > Disc & Blu-ray > Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage.

Checking Account Security
Log in to your account on account.microsoft.com to check if there are any security notifications or updates needed. Ensure your account recovery information is up-to-date.
If you have two-step verification enabled, make sure you’re following the correct steps for signing in with the additional security.

Profile Re-downloading
Remove the profile from your Xbox and then re-add it:
Go to Settings > Account > Remove accounts.
Select the account you’re having trouble with and choose “Remove”.
Go back to Settings > Account > Add new, and enter your credentials to add the profile again.

nothing, as everybody is entitled to their own opinion, or just state that's ok, you enjoy your PlayStation and ill enjoy my Xbox. both have their strengths and weaknesses.

Support cannot do anything only tier 3 can. And they're not replying to me or calling me back. My account is still online i even msg'd it adn the guy is toying with me on MY OWN account.
