My account says communication was suspended but was to end yesterday and is still not active

Hello Jenny,

We recommend to request a call back, there could be a console ban that will not show up on the enforcement site. They wont be able to help with any bans/suspensions. They will be able to see if there is one active.

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select see more options then subscription changes
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

Try removing your profile and then reload it.

Hi, in case removing and re-adding alone doesn't resolve the issue, I would try power cycling your console after removing your profile, then re-adding. Here's a

OK but when i sign in to my account it not type the end date of my suspension it just say that my account have been suspend and I check my mail microsoft only send a mail to say my account was suspended

Check how it's listed on the enforcement site. If it says it's a communication suspension then you should only be suspended from communicating through Xbox (there should be an end date as well). You can also try signing in and playing. If it's a full account suspension, it won't let you.

If it says it's a content takedown and there's no suspension dates, then they would have removed whatever it as that caused it, but your account wouldn't be suspended.
