    My account reset.


    I had 20,000 reward credits, my MyVip rank is 5 but everything has been reset. The entire account has been reset.

    Halo 5 account hacked/reset

    Just finished a game of halo 5 now my rank has been set to 1 all playslist have to have 10- matches to be ranked visor is constantly blue also, loading times now for arena , campaign etc.
    What should I do?

    Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
    that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Your Gold Veteran Status counts consecutive full years from the time your account transited from Silver to Gold through today. So if there is even a 1 day break in your Gold subscription your tenure is reset. Prior to the 2009 update, there used to be a
    14-day grace period but this is no longer the case after that update. Unfortunately, there probably won't be a way to get this back unless you had an on-going issue on record with official support that prevented you from renewing your subscription. Hope this
