my account, points, and punchcards will not refresh!

so i have been purchasing plenty of games and dlc and added a year card to my account yet have not scored any money on my points back on purchase. (its only like 2% back... but still) also... i pre-ordered resident evil, ghost recon, and mass effect...
however.... my punch card shows 1 punch.... so its either not registering at least one of those as they released awhile ago... so no points whatsoever are being added to my account... almost like its frozen or not registering purchases at all.

Preorders not counting for my punchcard

I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
not the current one).

Hi, Today i bought lego star wars to complete the punchcard to get the 6000 points, but they never came to my account. It was in the timeframe, could I manually get the points added to my account if its not going to send them?

did you purchase through the punchcard link or via other means ( store, site ) ?

if through punchcard you should get the points, if by any other means you won't.

but then you should have received your purchase reward points ( amount excl vat x100 ) which should be around 5000+ points as well

in my case it was 5206 purchase points. if I had not preordered and used the punchcard it would have been 6000

Still waiting on my 15,000 points from preordering punchcard... At this point I really dont see the point in continuing to do missions.

I have run into this before. Usually things get refreshed when Monday rolls around and folks are back in the office (or working remote in this case)

it isn't a case of the punchcard being laggy. see my reply a few posts ago.

the wording on the punchcard isn't that good and doesn't make it clear that only achievements that were recently added to the game through updates qualify.
