There are a few steps we can take to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access from other devices.

First, make sure you've changed your Microsoft account password and turned on two-step verification.

Second, review your recent activity and sign-in locations for your Microsoft account. This will show you where and when your account was accessed by someone else. Thank you AJ for giving me that information. I logged into my Activision account and looked up the band status and I said I was permanently banned. I had no idea when that happened. I know a few months ago account got hacked from someone from Saudi so I got in my account changed all my passwords And probably still hacked because now I can’t play. I got onto my Activision account to the band and I said it was permanent so I put an appeal to see if I can get my account back. Thank you very much. Hopefully this works.

Need assistance on deleting XBox from my Microsoft Account. I was hacked in the past and charged for use and purchases related to XBox.

The Microsoft account IS the Xbox account. They are one in the same so there is no way to delete the Xbox account without also permanently deleting your Microsoft account.

i have my xbox account but i made my epic account with my xbox live account but when it got hacked they deleted my xbox account of epic so i cant login and epic doesnt care
