my account on the Xbox site

When I connect to the xbox website
my account does not appear, there where the photo of my profile would appear, it is appearing "enter", just like before, but this time when I move the mouse it can not be pressed, it's like if it was written, not to click. Please, help me ;-;

Thank you for reaching out! Could you be more specific as to what happens when you try to sign in? You might want to try a different browser or clearing out the cookies of the one you are currently using. Hope to hear back from you soon!

I've had this problem for weeks now, the billing site clearly shows my account is active but none of the *.xbox sites recognize it nor does my Xbox One.

Rep is nothing to do with support.

Like ngocphi said,your rep on your console is your true rep,it sometimes takes the enforcement site a while to sync up properly.

Well it's easy reputation nor enforcement isn't an support issue

Reputation is an issue with how you behave around other players and how they grade you not how you grade yourself

That being said the enforcement site isn't your live view of your reputation it's more.the type of reports you are getting and what you need to fix

Your profile is hence why the difference

yeah thanks but i am talking about my xbox live account on the xbox live web site online, not the accounts on my xbox console.
