My account Nu ThunderZ got permanently banned

I got directed hear by Marie B from Microsoft. I am creating this post to try and get my account back, my account Nu ThunderZ has been permanently banned and I don't know why. My account got hacked a few weeks back and when I finally get back onto my account
and changed the password it kicked me off and said I am permanently banned. There has been years of money spent and years of grinding hard and I hope you can help me get my account back.

Account Banned Falsely

So I've had a few issues with messaging on xbox but a couple months ago my account got banned for apparently Ddossing but that is completely false. As I do not know how nor do I have the equipment to Ddoss. I talked to support and they said my best bet would be to try to find an xbox ambassador on here since the enforcement team permanently banned my account and completely ignored what I had to say. What they do not know is they gave me the main reason I got banned and its completely false. So if there is an ambassador on here. Please help.

 

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

Xbox support is known for giving incorrect info about appeals, and I appoligise for the run around.

But If you want to appeal a ban, you have to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

For compromised access case he must contact support and ask for a unauthorized access case the global escalations team will work with enforcement on enforcement issues on compromiaed.account issues

And yes he has to have proof provided by the tier 3 team which they would.provide to the enforcement team and yes they are separate groups

In this case ngocphi is actually correct. If the OP thinks what caused his account to get banned happened when the account was outside of his control he should file an unauthorized access case with support before filing for a case review.

The reason for this is if he files for a case review now all the enforcement team are likely to see if the activity on the account that led to the ban. They wont have any way of knowing that it wasnt the OP though unless he files for an unauthorized access
case through support and the investigate the account and determine it was compromised.

If he does that he will likely have a better shot at the account being unbanned if whatever was done truely happened outside of his control.
