My account needs updating to get reward points...again

Unfortunately, we have not received a resolution for your billable account issue from our payment team at this time. While their work on this issue did result in successful deposits in December, they have not yet provided a full resolution for this issue.

You don't need an account to watch someone on Mixer. The account is just to get rewards and get points.

you would need to post on the rewards forums but do note that the rewards system is changing

anyone with pending points are having them issue to the gamertag as the points will be phrased out when the new dashboard update gets released.

There is currently an internal issue with the data stored for your account which is preventing a deposit. Our deposit process cannot correctly determine the primary billable account to deposit into for your Microsoft Account, and thus aborts the process.
This is an issue that we are working on resolving with another team. At the moment, we have not received a estimate on when this problem will be resolved. To be clear, this is a data issue, and not the result of any faulty user input. The prompt asking you
to update your information is a symptom of this error, and adjusting your information will, in most cases, not resolve this issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I’d suggest checking again later to see if your microsoft rewards points have been added to your account, as it might just take a few hours to update.

Also try updating the Microsoft rewards app on your console and then a power cycle.
