    Hello Raju, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account.

    It sounds like you've set up Two Factor Authentication on your account. Unfortunately, as this is an open forum, no one here would be able to help you get access and neither would a Microsoft Advocate. However, what you would need to do to get the code is find out the authentication app you requested or when you signed up or your mobile device phone number for a text.

    If it was an app then most people use Authy. You could try starting there.

    I think you're missing some of the code. You posted 7 digits and error codes are usually 8 digits.

    Also, there is no need to bump your post after 3 minutes.

    Is says sign in and go to a link but it doesn't ask me for the 8 digit code
    I have an 8 digit cod and there is only a 6 and 10 digit code box

    Those are for the 25 digit xbox live codes from cards. The taco bell codes are 6 or 7 digit. Not enough.
