My account keeps getting multiple suspensions

Hi all, My account has just gotten suspended for 365 days for a gamerpic violation. I realised my mistake in violating Xboxs' guidelines and accept the consequences. However, Xbox has just given me 3 separate suspensions totalling 365 days and all 8 strikes have been given (I previously only had 3 strikes). Yet, my account still keeps getting issued suspensions again and again with new suspension emails and notifications being issued every few hours. Personally I believe this is a quite extreme for a gamerpic violation, especially since the gamerpic was a joke between friends and was not harmful nor offensive to anyone else. But even with my gamerpic being manually taken down by myself I am still being issued suspensions. Could this be a glitch in their system that keeps issuing me suspensions or do I really deserve this?

- Choose an enforcement action to review more info about the cause and effect of the enforcement in the pop-up window.

- If the enforcement action qualifies for case review, you can select Submit an appeal to receive more info from Xbox Safety.

- After you've completed the form, select Submit.

Note: Not all enforcements are eligible for case review. Ineligible enforcements include those with shorter duration periods, content takedowns with no accompanying service suspension, and suspensions that are no longer active.

It could be a console privilege suspension which are issued when you have had a lot of suspensions or multiple accounts on that account keep getting suspended.

They are also issued to prevent someone from using a secondary account to avoid a suspension on their main account which is against the code of conduct.

Check your emails or go to the enforcement site here to see if your account or any accounts on your console have been suspended.

I only have one account on my xbox and it has never been banned at all.

You only have one appeal within a year of the suspension

You can read phenotype of suspension at enforcement.Xbox.com keep in mind to get a permanent suspension it would've be eregious or multiple suspensions
