I'm afraid there's nothing more that can be done. If the account was suspended permanently, and you requested a case review, and that case review was upheld, that's it. I'm sorry.

First of all thank you for your quick replies.

#1: it Sounds like that, but i don't want to say:"thats it, more cant be done." Thats like taking a Case with 4000 Euro in it and just burn it down. Who would do that?

I mean, from my Point of View i have done NOTHING wrong. I honestly don't know if i got hacked in the past. The only thing that i could think of, thats a couple of weeks ago-

I had Trouble with my Router, called my Provider and they scanned my DSL Connection and every Device being connected to it.

The result was, that my Router doesnt Work that good anymore (11 Month old Speedport Hybrid with up to Date Firmware, rented from Telekom [Provider]).

Since it was rented, they decided to send me a new One (the exact same model). A good week later - as soon as it arrived i switched the old with the new One (Internet Issues were fixed)

On the same Day i got an Email, from my Provider saying:

"Hello Mr. Gerwens,

we just wanted to tell you that within our Connection Analysis, we also noticed that One of your devices got infected with Malware and more. Stay safe!

Regards"

Thats what came to my mind at this very moment..

And even though couldnt somehow happen that Windows Machines or even Technicans made a mistake?

What is Really [Mod Removed-Profanity] off, is that the Support Emails, Ticket, Chat Support, Hotline for Account,- Store,- and Technical Support. Nobody really listens to me. Either they tell me how to answer the Contact Formular which
Ive completed like 20 Times.Or they tell me there is nothing i can do, Please go/contact/visit whatever.

I mean, why in the World should i violate the Terms of Use or Code of Conduct??? Im a good paying Customer since 2012 would be pretty [Mod Removed-Profanity] to do something illegal after so many years.

#2 i cant enter the Encouragement Link since i need to Login to my Account. But all the Time as soon as i type Login after entering my password i get redirected to "Contact Support your Account got temporarly suspended"

And when i try to go anywhere from that Page it simply kicks me out of my Account..

I don't know what to so anymore and im so so so hard disapointed that the whole Support like counted above (*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***) lets me down they don't even answer me, it fells like automaticly created Phrases that they just Smash right at you as soon that you
want some Info/help...

So you guys think that i should tell them the Provider Story?

I could bring Screenshots and Maybe an more Advanced answer from my Provider as evidence..
