    My account is suspended instead of recovered


    My microsoft account was hacked, then i contacted an agent in (one customer contactor)
    after providing the information needed, i got an email says

    1. my account is now suspended
    2. they won't respnd to any replies
    I have got emails with the hacker's email replacing mine but I didn't have the chance to provide

    I really want my account back and I don't know what should I do My account is suspended instead of recovered :(

    actually, this is exactly what I did. I tried to get my account recovered and they ended up just telling me there's nothing we could do and suspended it instead. that's why I'm a bit upset we couldn't just get my Minecraft account back instead of going to Microsoft customer support.

    Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

    Once an account is permanently suspended there is no way to recover it.
