My account is suspended because of a mistake.

Kindly try signing in to https://enforcement.xbox.com using all Microsoft accounts that you have because it can be on that specific account.

Also, you've mentioned a free-trial subscription, may I ask what you mean by that? Is this a suspended subscription?

If it's suspended due to lack of payment, then you'd need to use an active credit card/Paypal to pay off the balance you owe.

it was only console bans that were being handed out as a mistake, not account suspensions. They are two different things. a console ban makes the console unusable.

did you receive an e-mail on the account registered? or did you try log onto the account and it says that you have been banned? could be a phishing e-mail trying to make you log into something to confirm your account or something

I don't know what they said, but what you've said is wrong. As the linked post from Stepto says, it was a small percentage of the
console bans (only) that they've un-done. The only place to possibly get answers to your
account suspension/ban question is the Account Suspensions forum. (Be sure you have the correct email address on the profile that asks, as they might answer you in email off the public forum.)
