My account is suddenly locked and verification code didn't work!

So i think my account is not permantly but temporarily lock (but i can't get the verification code so i need to use reinstatment form)

The console is not involved. This is a problem with your account, and you must verify the account as requested. If you didn't get the code, then clock on I DIDN'T GET THE CODE and the system will try the next available verification method

I got minecrat from Microsoft Store. So the account I bought was already a microsoft account. My account has nothing to do with mojang. I can't send verification code because I didn't get it from Mojang. My account is already microsoft account, why do I need verification but? I'm not a Mojang account

For the verification of your email, you can also usually request confirmation via email if you have set up an alternative address.
Regarding the non-reception of the message, this might be due to a setting on your phone blocking messages from unknown senders. You should check if this option is active on your mobile device.

Lastly, if you haven't set up an email and there are no restrictions for receiving your SMS, you should contact customer support either with an alternative address or by creating a new one if you don't have another Microsoft account.
