    My account is showing up as a typo for my friends. (Need help ASAP)


    Hi,

    So I recently started to play Minecraft Dungeons (regular) and wanted to play with my friend. The first time we tried, I added him as friend and it showed, Now whenever he tries to do anything and types my username, it says the username is not found try looking for spelling errors. Even though he types the exact same thing. We then changed BOTH our usernames, and then he tried adding me as a friend. The same error occurred again. How does this error stop ?

    Note:

    My friend is an IRL friend and he lives in the USA

    I moved and now live in India.

    He is on windows 11, and I am on windows 11.

    I have also checked in privacy settings, and there was nothing and the same for him

    Please help asap.

    Privacy Settings - FRIENDS LIST viewable?

    Just an FYI, SunkNath, since we are not connected on xbox live as friends or followers, I pulled up your profile and your friends list WAS viewable to me. It shows the 242 Friends and Games you are following.

    So I think something is up and this needs to be fixed asap. I am very picky about my privacy and I hope Xbox can resolve this issue.

    So I just game shared with a friend and non of the game he owns are show up on my Xbox I try doing full reset nothing work help asap
    To add to what Kathy A. Said. Your friend should be the one personally following those steps they gave and not you because accessing an account you dont own (even if they gave you permission) is against the rules so gotta be careful of that.
