My account is showing the wrong specs.

I am not sure if this is the info Xbox Pass uses when allowing game downloads but the Ram is listed as 6, when its actually 8 and will be upgraded to 16GB next week. Can you please tell how much the listed info plays a part in Xbox pass and other app downloads. Thank you.

Please double check your available RAM for the system.
For this go to Windows settings > system > about
Next to "installed RAM 8GB" Says something like "available RAM 6GB"?

Hi, AJ! I launched the game press pause button went to accounts and game installs I have campaign pack, multiplayer Pack 2, spec ops pack, campaign/spec ops compatibility pack, multiplayer/spec ops compatibility pack. When I go to click on multiplayer pack it says "oops! something went wrong there, try again later".

Intel (R) Core (TM)i7 10700 CPU.. I have A window showing the specs for flight simulator popping up and giving what specs for my device and it saying that i only have one gig of video memory and all the other specs are ok...

The steps to change the Microsoft account e-mail address with your gamertag can be found here:

support.xbox.com/.../manage-microsoft-account

You will need the password for the current e-mail address associated with your account before you can change it.
