    Hi, so my account is considered a childs account even thought the birthday is set to 1985, im pretty sure I put in my real birthday before when I was 17 but im 18 now so even if thats the issue it should be resolved, I dont understand what to do theres
    literally no information on what I can do.

    theres literally no information on what I can do.
    Should be able to do it from the xbox settings. but you can also look on the xbox support page for help.

    The account is supposedly automatically upgraded when the year set on it reaches 18. If this did not happen, you need to contact Microsoft Support so they can look into it.

    It was possible to upgrade it manually on the Xbox 360, but I do not think that is still possible.

    You definitely need to contact Microsoft Support for this one. They may need a copy of your ID or maybe a verification of a bank account, but they should be able to fix it for you.
