    My account is perm banned but yet I received a charge for a pre order?


    My account got perm banned on January 18th 2022 and the enforcement page is still down, so i would assume microsoft has taken all my games and purchases away, apparently not because I just got charged for a pre order i had. Can someone explain how i can go about getting a refund and if that means im not permanently banned or still am.

    support can't do anything but as the enforcement notifications are still showing perma bans when they are not then support can tell you the length of the ban and do nothing else.

    PlayStation has a similar banning process in place too.

    I literally hate seeing the replies of “ contact support “ like support can do anything and if there is no submit case review you CAN NOT DO ANYTHING. like legit can’t do nothing. Random ban hit the 27 the and guess what contact support and said “ oh Um can’t see no end date” then keep seeing and hearing go to the “EnFoRcMeNt page” if I knew Xbox had a issue of randomly banning people for no reason I would had put my money towards PlayStation or a pc instead so frustrating

    A fix was issued to the site, so it should be working now. If not, contact support http://support.xbox.com/contact-us They should alsl be able to tell you how long your actual suspension is.

    Currently, cannot say for sure, since Microsoft’s enforcement team didn’t address this officially, and I'm just saying based on reports from other players about the problem, but I believe there is a glitch occurring with the notification system regarding suspensions and enforcement actions telling everyone they are permanently suspended when it's actually a shorter suspension or even none at all. Also, the only way to contact the enforcement team to get ahold of what’s happening would be through filing a case review, but currently, the enforcement website is not showing the current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment. :/

    I pre-ordered my Xbox one on Amazon as well. I have not received any shipping information yet but they will charge your card when the order is ready to ship. If you have an estimated delivery of November 22nd your card should be charged on Wednesday, November
    20th. I purchased Amazon gift cards and applied it to my order so my card will not get charged.
