    My account is locked for no reason. I am trying to use Microsoft points received for Christmas. I need my account unlocked.

    probably means your account is locked and might need to call customer support to get it unlocked...

    My account was banned for no reason!!! Help

    Recently my account was hacked. The service agent that helped me said he locked my account for the case and then i got an email that said it was unlocked. Unfortunately it was not unlocked and i got an email saying i have a permanent suspension. I have not

    You cannot use Microsoft Points or other payment methods if your account is currently suspended. This is most likely because payment for Xbox LIVE services could not be taken. You should try updating your payment methods and then contacting the enforcement
    team.

    You will have to post a thread here:

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    By posting there, the enforcement team can look into any account suspensions/bans on your account.

    If your account hasn't been suspended however and you are just blocked from making purchases then there may be something wrong with your payment option on your account if you have one. If there is some kind of balance on your account from possible lack of
    auto renew payments then you would have to contact Xbox Support to have them take a look at the issue for you. Xbox Support number is 1-800-4MY-XBOX.
