My Account is Locked (From Microsoft Services) and I Can't Recover It!

I try to unlock my account using a phone number, but it gets locked up again! I changed my password, but it still got locked. Not only that but I make a new account on my Xbox, and that account gets locked! I think it might be because I moved from one
city to another city recently, or I had put my account on my friend's Xbox who lives a couple of blocks from me. I also had a time when I made 8+ accounts in a 2 days time, maybe that is why my account gets locked!? I submitted a reinstatement form before,
but they said they found no suspicious activity on my account!? I try to unlock my account, but it gets locked up again in a couple of hours, or 1-2 days! What should I do to fix this problem?

I ain't locked from my account, but I am locked from Microsoft Services. I have to input a phone number and verify my account to unlock it, but when I try to unlock it a while later, it is locked again and I have to verify using a phone number again. (Basically
I am in an infinite, and annoying loop...)

click the Contact Us button

select Family and Online Safety as the category

select I Want to Protect My Account as the topic

skip the notification

scroll to the bottom of the contact options and select Chat Online or Request a Call

I have contacted an agent, and she said there were no issues with my account! I guess it may have been fixed when I created a stronger password (unlike my other passwords), or ran a security scan on my PC! (It isn't connected to my Xbox but I believe it
may fix somethings) I don't know if it is fixed, but I got to wait to see if my account would get locked again today or tomorrow! I hope it has been resolved, or I am going to go crazy!

Hello Danielle3098, If that's the response you received from Microsoft, it means that the old account you had now belongs to an Internet service provider, so Microsoft can't recover it.

What they usually recommend is that you contact your ISP to see if you can recover your account.
