    Every time I request an unlocked account they don't send me an email back I sent one two weeks ago and they don't do anything about it and I don't want to give up on my account and I'm trying my best and my power to get it unlocked Reinstate my account does not work at all and this discussion Is the last thing I'm going to do and if this works then I'm just going to give up on my account and accept the fact that my account is gone forever

    If you have verified your Microsoft account but it is still locked, there are a few steps you can try to unlock it:
