    My account is locked and I dont know why?


    I need help unlocking my acc everytime i submit a forum it tells me “Hi,

    Microsoft disabled access to the account due to a serious violation of the Microsoft Services Agreement: https://www.microsoft.com/servicesagreement/default.aspx#3_codeOfConduct.

    As stated in the Microsoft Services Agreement, you will no longer be able to access any Services that require a Microsoft account.

    When I 100% know for a fact I have not broken any TOS and now have two of my emails locked on the account as primary and secondary I have spent over $1000 on just my account I have all of the right information whether its location made what date password changes email changes security changes Authenticator changes and I have security question answers and I have phone numbers on the account I have ips console ids street address it has been like this for last few months and genuinely feel like giving up on gaming i have put thousands of hours almost a year on one game and again have spent over $1000 across all my games and Im very upset that Microsoft can’t even tell me why, the next morning at 8Am my account gets locked!

    That message seems to be direct by Microsoft is not from Xbox enforcement, so you would need to contact Microsoft support probably, as this is a community forum you won't get that information

    To access support you can use a different Microsoft account, but as far as I know that's a definitive action on the account

    Ummm customer support doesnt know any reasons for suspensions nor can they lift them
