my account is locked and i cant get verification code

So i think my account is not permantly but temporarily lock (but i can't get the verification code so i need to use reinstatment form)

im not sure what you mean. i cant login in to add another phone number and the only verification source attached to the account in question is an email. i dont get an option to add a phone number or use a phone number to get my verification code.

But the thing is when i go to sign into the account i put the email in and the password, it then sends a verification code to the email but i cant get the code because the email doesnt exist

I cant, because my phone number is linked to my account and its down. Meaning i cant get text/calls. What i mean is they send a verification code to my phone but i wont get making it impossible to buy it. Because they ask for a password and verification.

its currently not working on my account and my girlfriends account we cant link twitch through the xbox app when we input the verification code, it just loads forever but nothing happens
