    This is VERY frustrating.

    I created a game pass account to play with my friends.

    1. I live in the USA.

    2. I am located in the USA.

    3. My computer is in the USA, and my connection comes from the USA.

    4. EVERYTHING USA.

    WHY is my account Chinese?
    Why is my game library Chinese?

    I registered with payment details that are in the USA.

    Everything is USA. But my account is CHINESE.

    So I made another account. Guess what? It's in CHINESE again.

    Nothing fixes this.

    I talked to support on the phone. They are unable to help and they don't know anything and they can't fix anything, and then they always hang up on me.

    I've been hung up on twice after someone tries to reach out to other lines, transfer me, or get help from other tech support.

    Let's be clear. I do not want to talk on the phone again. Just fix the problem.

    I can create a new account, everything is USA, and it starts out CHINESE. Every single time.

    Game prices. Chinese.

    Game library. Chinese.

    Can I search for USA games and play them? NO. NO, I CAN NOT DO THAT!

    The only thing that's really Chinese on my computer is that I have Chinese installed as a language pack. I used to live in China.

    My system time and region is not CHINESE, it is USA. My computer is a brand made in the USA. Drivers USA. Hardware USA. Software USA. Everything is USA.

    When I register a new account for game pass, I use 100% USA information.

    My payment and billing information? 100% USA.

    Then you give me an account that is CHINESE!!!!!!!!

    HollowBobcat371 is the new account I just created it. Why is it Chinese?

    Fix it.

    No, I do not want to talk on the phone. You retards keep hanging up on me and it takes hours and hours and you ask questions that don't help and you can't fix the problem. What is wrong with you and what is wrong with your systems? This is really bad. Don't even ask to call me unless you promise not to hang up again.

    Look at my account, and fix it. I am not Chinese. I do not read Chinese. I do not want to play Chines games. I am not located in CHINA.

    because like you said in the previous post, you created an account while connected to a vpn with a chinese IP.

    Chinese Xbox Ones are specially manufactured for the Chinese market. That is why you are only seeing the Chinese language. There is nothing you can do, but purchase a Xbox One which has English as one of the languages.

    I don't think it will be possible to use it anymore.

    Xbox consoles sold in the Chinese market are different to all other Xbox consoles, you can blame the Chinese Communist Party for that. The Chinese Xbox consoles are only meant for Chinese citizens which is why it is now asking you for Identification. Chinese
    Xbox consoles can not change the regional settings as far as I'm aware.

    With such a low gamerscore im guessing you are under 90days old account

    your account will have to be over 90days old

    you are supposed to select your actual region the first time

    now if your windows live id is chinese that could be why

    also if you arent physically in the us the chinese isps tend to redirect you to chinese sites thars an old issue going back to google
