My account is hacked every other day.

I'm having the same issue my son clicked a link by mistake now when I log on my sons Xbox it says there is 2 sessions so he can't play when I l9g on to Microsoft it automatically says *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** please help me fix this its happening every other day on all devices. I have changes passwords 3 times I've got 3 steps of verification yet they are still managing to override my account surely this breaches GDPR laws this needs to stop and be resolved ASAP immediately as my details and details are at risk on ur servers I have done everything I possibly could to secure my account with extra steps of verification this is not exceptable from Microsoft.

No not hacked. Like I said earlier I retrieved my account on my other Xbox one and it signed in fine. Don't know what's wrong with my day one edition though
