My account is hacked and gone but Klarna payments still going !! Help!!

Hello all,

my Xbox account had been hacked.. and the Klarna payments are stil going for the pc Xbox game pass .. I can’t login to Xbox anymore it says my account doesn’t exist… I still pay 10 euro every month for that account any I don’t know how to cancel it! I know I have been hacked because when I tried to login and wanted to change my password there was an whole other email address for the account recovery entered! can someone please help me out over here .. tnx a lot

Tnx for the fast reply, the thing is .. I once set the pc game pass abbo to Klarna (afterpay).. so i have to keep paying for it myself .. Klarna sends me a message remember to pay for your pc game pass abbo .. if I don’t pay I’ll get more trouble..

I can’t call the bank because I pay it myself . Gr Barry

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and payment updates" > Confirm.
