My account is hacked and email is changed from @rambler.ru

Hi! I found out that my gmail has been 'ratted'. This means someone compromised my account and had changed all the information. including my email and password.
I have tried to contact support via phone and the 'recover account' option, however they were no use.
I wish to have this account back because I have a lot of important stuff over there such as purchased items (software and hardware).
My email before was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, once i tried to relog myself in (when i never knew i was hacked), It said that Account didnt exist, yet it did.
I havent gotten a security info email towards my account that it was compromised somehow,
I thought the best way to fix it was to create a new email with the same email as andrew.young... etc. but turns out it just made a whole new account with that email.

Is my account gone? do i have to re-pay everything to another account? Is there a way to swap two different accounts to another?

my account is hacked by a rambler.ru account and i think they changed my email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one"

In cases like this, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

About your second question, nope. Is not possible to transfer content between one Microsoft account to other

Hello Drayton, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

What was showing here was the account with the domain that ends with rambler.ru, you should be using your own original email that you stated that was hacked.

My account is hacked and email is changed from @rambler.ru
