    My account is gone


    Originally I had an xbox/microsoft account, several games, gamepass all that stuff. suddenly for no reason apparently the email changed from my email to "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" i dont know that email but my password worked and it was still my account so i didnt really care, but now that account is apparently deleted alongside everything I had. I tried to sign in again using my personal email and instead it just created a new one without all my stuff, and when i try signing in anywhere with it i get an error screen

    Sorry but no one here can help as we don't have access to that info.

    The only place to get an answer is in the ban/suspension forums
    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

    If your post didn't appear there then you've probably been answered via a pm.

    An email would of been sent to the address linked to your account explaining the ban as well.

    It's not really a violation to allow easy access to your account. It is however someones responsibility though, so if someone else does something that results in an enforcement action you can't blame the other person.

    I did fill out the form already but I honestly don’t know what question I’m getting wrong. This account was made almost 10 years ago and I can’t remember the password to get into the email attached to the account, and can’t remember the contact phone number. I struggled with addiction for a long time and a lot of my memory is not what it used to be. Those are pretty much the only questions I could be getting wrong. I know the password to get into my Microsoft account but when I tried to change it when all of this was going down I had to change my contact phone number so I could get a verification text but it said it wouldn’t be updated till next month.
