    Hello JonDickinson, you mention in your report that you've already contacted Xbox service, only they have the capacity and tools you need to assist in your case.

    As this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data nor your account to know what was handled or what can be done in this situation.

    Ideally, you'd contact Xbox support, talk to a Microsoft agent, and ask for your case to be escalated to see if they can resolve your issue.
