I was able to change my password because of a phone number linked to my account. This solution does not work for me. Trying to 'Mange your security info,' as well as any other attempts to log in to this email, leads me to the message, 'Your account has been
temporarily blocked.' I am looking for a solution that addresses this issue directly.

I am so sorry you are having issues with a blocked account.

Usually these blocks are not to stop you, they are to stop other users from getting into your account. (Attacks are more common then people realise so it can happen unexpectedly)

The best idea is to try to access the account from another device or browser.

You could also try a different internet connection or a VPN.

Have you clicked the 'Try another way'? What happens?

When I try to log into the xbox platform from within the game I get the error code

"Xbox Service not available. Please try again" with the number code,

When I go to the browser to log in that way, I'm not prompted to accept the terms and when I check my account messages in the browser I have no messages

I'm not using the Xbox App (Beta) just what came standard on my computer

The number shouldn't reappear in the account on the page I mentioned, it's weird.

I just think about trying to add another number, maybe this number is blocked by trying too many login attempts. In other places(website, Xbox app, Xbox) can you log in with the account and receive the code?

Hi I have done both but my account and email have never sent a message I have only used the accounts to log onto a game. For the future what can i possibly do to prevent getting blocked as i dont see how just logging onto a game is against the code of
conduct.
